Inspired By D&G Pour Homme (Vintage/Original Italy 1994 Formulation).

One classic perfume that has inevitably gone down in the history books of the perfume world is Dolce & Gabbana's Pour Homme. The essence of the modern man was invented with this masterpiece, and throughout the years, we have seen this man transform. However, his memory remains, and it is one that is engraved in our minds. Connoisseurs who have smelled the Italian variant of this perfume from 1994 are able to distinguish the quality difference in a moment's sniff. It is to our disappointment that so many have not had the fortune of experiencing this classic rendition, and thus, we would like to bestow some fortune onto others. After sourcing a bottle of this original creation, we have worked tirelessly to bring you our inspiration, which lab analyses have confirmed, is as close as possible to the original. Whether you're lounging in Capri or exploring the cafes in Florence, Vintage Man is the identity to assume and the fragrance to wear. Be prepared to experience one of your favorite fragrances on a whole new, and more complete, level.

Vintage nostalgia

Eager and impatient like a boy opening his presents on his birthday, I opened the order received from Vintage Man in record time, after several years searching for what was my favorite cologne (and which, unfortunately, never came back). reformulate with the quality, duration and inimitable essence of the initial original fragrance) and that, this time, I hoped to find again. Just by uncovering the bottle and bringing it up to my nose, the memory of the fragrance returned. Excited and very happy, I sprayed on my wrists to see how I breathed and the aroma developed.
And that's where the end of what seemed to be the long-awaited discovery began: what promised to be a bombshell of the original cologne, turned into a smell like sweat, not at all pleasant (I can assure you that I was freshly showered and with my skin perfectly dry) and, far from maintaining the nuances of the original D&G fragrance, I have a fragrance with little sillage, little intensity and far from what it claims to be.
I still have a deodorant spray bottle of the 1994 fragrance (which I keep like a treasure). Vintage man IS NOT THAT FRAGRANCE.
It's a real shame, because I had all my hopes pinned on his brand, after wasting money on lousy quality imitators, and after reading the many positive references to his articles. I do not doubt that there will be other fragrances that even improve on the original. Unfortunately, being able to tell you that I think that, in the case of Vintage Man, they have not succeeded (very, very much to my regret).
Thank you for allowing me to give my opinion. I hope that, if they rethink a "remake" of Vintage man, they will manage to improve even on the original fragrance (something tremendously difficult).
