DUA FRAGRANCES Desired Yacht
Parisian brand EBK has been around since 2019, and since then, they have only released a few fragrances. This turns out to be a good thing when considering the quality and uniqueness of their compositions. It seems as though this French brand does not wish to rush through any of their creations, and one such unique fragrance that represents the level of the brand’s creativity is Deep N Desire Yacht. While notes like bergamot and cedar may give the impression that this fragrance will be on the fresher side of things, darker and sweeter notes like chocolate and hazelnut establish a gourmand undertone for a perfectly precarious complement! This aromatic fruity composition has grapes in the opening and dulcet chocolate in the base, and both of these ingredients capture not only the sensation of being on a yacht but also the satisfaction of indulging in decadent treats and being overwhelmed with an emotion of uncontrollable bliss. I was starting to wonder if my order would ever arrive, but it finally did! I have a sample of Floraiku's One Umbrella for Two. 50 ml costs 250€. So I thought I would give Dua a try. This scent is BANG ON! That blueberry absolut with that rice note. It is divine. So worth the wait. Highly recommended!
This perfumes smells absolutely AMAZING! Juicy and fruity - totally divine.
Unfortunately it doesn’t last. It began to fade within a couple of hours and I had to respray after 4.
Such a shame as normally DUAs last a lot longer and I really wanted to smell this scent on me all day.
It did however get quite a few compliments in the first hour of wear and my husband absolutely loved it on me.
I’m hoping that after a few months of macerating the lasting power may improve. Think I may have to bite the incredibly expensive bullet and buy the original EBK version as I love the scent so much. GULP!
