The lime here is not very sweet, and initially was rather medicinal. After a couple of months however it blended better with the biscuit base and lost the medicinal edge. Still not really sharp or sweet enough to my mind.
The base is a good digestive biscuit type crust, and works well. Shame the filling lacked sweetness or richness.
