Fragrance du Bois is a brand that has been synonymous with luxury since its introduction into the industry. With hits like Oud Orange Intense and Cannabis Blue, the versatility of the brand is not to be debated. There is one darker and spicier scent that is absolutely worth owning, and it is Oud Violet Intense. This 2013 release features notes of orange, elemi resin, and oud. The resinous warmth combines with the smoothness of oud to bring about an unquestionably classy and charming perfume. Our inspired expression of it is called Violets & Oudh, and you’ll notice the stunning accuracy immediately. As Fragrance du Bois uses real oud in their fragrances, we had to contact a special supplier to ensure that we had the appropriate raw materials to remake this one. Orange in the opening is bursting with flavor, and the elemi resin is bright and relaxing. Oud and amber mingle for an exotic finish that will leave you daydreaming about this perfume’s smell interminably. Violets & Oudh is the versatile fragrance for any situation in which you may find yourself!

Just crazy. I have a sample of the original fragrance at home. In the beginning Dua starts a little fresher and brighter on the strip. On skin it starts a bit sweeter. But after about 15-20min I can see on the test strip as good as no differences. minimal if you smell them next to each other. The scent is damn goody, sexy, mysterious. It is one of my favorite scents ever. This is how I imagine Pandora. Purple, mysterious, not of this world.
